I am hearing rumers of a certan island off the east cost (just a short paddle away) has got its sand banks back and is back in action having been flat for about 10 years.

Can anyone confirm this?

I know it's a bit criptic but hopefully you know where I mean

Yea I'm there this weekend but swell/wind reports are a bit poor ATM but I'll check it out anyway.

if were tlaking the same place....
kept checking it again and again bout three years ago. seemed reeeeeal rippy most the time. got in once and wasnt too bad, but not better than other spots, just a lot of paddling involed to keep position. may have to ava nother gander at some point
